Correctives

[IS-14632] – Incorrect code sent in indFinal field

Reported Problem
The system is sent to SEFAZ (indFinal field) the primary code of the end consumer operation configuration records. This code is MIS control only, so the code being sent to SEFAZ is different from the expected value.

Adopted Solution
A field has been created in the end consumer operation configuration that will specifically determine which value to send in the XML in each case, regardless of the primary key code.

[IS-15882] – Coal Module CR Error

Reported Problem
When trying to import the file for the carbonization cycles the system returns the error: The ‘Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0’ provider is not registered on the local machine.

Adopted Solution
A treatment was inserted in the error message, suggesting to the user the extension supported by the system.

[IS-16436] – Interface for Sending Invoices to SAP

Reported Problem
The interface for sending the accounting document to SAP was blocked due to an invoice that had been generated with an equipment where its registration was irregular in the SGF (with space at the end of its description).

Adopted Solution
A treatment in the view that queries data generated through a database function that removes spaces at the beginning and end of each mapped field.

[IS-16449] – Correction letter

Reported Problem
Single script with error.

Adopted Solution
Include patch letter field in single script (Offline Scale).

[IS-16470] – Reply Veracel about module of Climates

Reported Problem
Error reversing climate measurements.

Adopted Solution
Added “Alert” type to chargeback.

[IS-16502] – Adjustment in Travel Distance Update routine

Reported Problem
The “Travel Distance Update” routine ended its execution by finding the first trip with update restrictions, so all subsequent trips with restrictions were not updated either.

Adopted Solution
An adjustment has been applied to “Travel Distance Update” so that when finding a trip with update restrictions it will log an error log and skip its execution for the next trip, thus ensuring that only trips that have any restrictions will not be updated and all the others will be updated normally.
In addition to this adjustment, a data cube was implemented to query travel processing error logs and a daily e-mail routine containing the errors that occurred the day before.

[IS-16527] – WS NFe Receipt Query Log

Reported Problem
When consulting a receipt from NFe is not being recorded the log, this makes it difficult to identify errors.

Adopted Solution
Record log when consulting NFe receipt.

[IS-16532] – Sales Order Approval

Reported Problem
Error approving sales order.

Adopted Solution
Adjust sales order approval.

[IS-16678] – Adjustment in “transfer between Work Order” functionality

Reported Problem
When performing the “transfer between Work Order” when the operational plan of the target Work Order is different from the source Work Order operational plan and the scheduled operation does not have any Follow-Up, the transfer is successful, but this operation is not displayed on the Work Order screen.

Adopted Solution
The system has been adjusted so that the transfer can occur in correctly way in the reported scenario.

[IS-16724] – Error completing trips which forces the user to manually register unloading on the Wood Yard Queue screen

Reported Problem
The trip completion routine was not correctly recording the truck unloading data, thus requiring users to manually unload the trucks on the Wood Yard Queue screen regardless of the parameterized unloading form.

Adopted Solution
A correction has been applied to the trip completion retina so that the manual and automatic unloading process correctly re-records truck unloading data.

Incidents

[IS-16417] – Divergence between data cube and yard tracking report

Reported Problem
The cube and report for “Yard Machines Production Monitoring (BDP)” are showing different values when summing the volumes per equipment, due to the moment when the volumes were rounded.

Adopted Solution
Both reports have been adjusted to use the same rounding rule.
