Problem

[IS-11166] – Main Menu: Problems in the side menu.

Reported Scenario
It was identified that on the IP registration page, when placing the start and end date, and saving when changing menu, did not present the saved date when returned to the menu where the date was inserted.

Adopted Solution
Code adjustments have been made and the date field appears after menu change.

Incident

[IS-10666] – Requester’s Portal: Document Template file.

Reported Scenario
When you add a file in the portal document template and terminate the request record, you can delete the placed file.

Adopted Solution
Adjustment has been made in the code and the expected operation has changed: now it is only possible to delete the file from the document template if the request is still open or under reassessment.

[IS-10664] – Requester’s Portal: Financial Disbursement Field.

Reported Scenario
The financial disbursement field had some errors when editing records, keeping the dropdown field of the cost item group locked.

Adopted Solution
Adjustment was made in the error code and the Financial Disbursement field returned to normal operation.

[IS-10628] – Requester’s Portal: Problems in the Contact List.

Reported Scenario
It was identified that in the List of Contacts (Applicant Registration) tab, in the Applicant’s Portal when trying to edit a registered one already entered did not appear the information of the same one. It was also identified that when issuing an onscreen alert the dropdown fields were locked.

Adopted Solution
Adjustment was made in the error code and the contact list returned to normal operation.
