[IS-12515] – Sales: Volume per conversion factor

Objective
The objective of this improvement is to increase the level of detail in the conversion factor register, and it is possible to register conversion factors also at the management level and TAC of the stand, as well as to define the operation performed between the weight and the conversion factor for reach the volume.

Request
The rule for calculating travel volume using a conversion factor is fixed, always multiplying the factor by the net weight of the trip. The level of detail for registering conversion factors only includes region, project, stand, land use and product.

Adopted Solution
The volume calculation of the trips will be more precise, since conversion factors can be registered for various combinations between region, project, stand, land use, management and TAC. In addition, you can customize the volume calculation based on this conversion factor, because you can define which mathematical operator will be used in the calculation, using the “Calculate by” column.

  • Multiplication: volume (m³) = Net Weight (ton) x Conversion Factor
  • Division: volume (m³) = (Net Weight (ton))/(Conversion Factor)

How to use
In the “Sale / Configuration / Register / Conversion Factor by Origin” screen you can enter the conversion factors by origin, and you can make several combinations between the available fields.

In the “Logistics> Weighing> Truck Exit” screen, you can enter a cut-off (harvest) date for the field. This cut-off date will be used to calculate the TAC.
When calculating the trip volume, the system will search the conversion factor for the record that matches the origin and TPC data of the packing list stand.

Corrective

[IS-12791] – Transportation: Error in getting the “Productivity Class” on the “Creating Packing List Interface”.

Reported Scenario
When a new “Material” is configured in the system, the “Creating Packing List Interface” processing is not able to obtain the “Productivity Class” of this new “Material” (even with all configuration performed correctly by the user). The “Creating Packing List Interface” processing routine tried to obtain the “Productivity Class” through the “Price Table” of the contract for which the “Packing List“ is being issued, but it was verified that for the “Materials” price the system does not fill in the “Productivity Class” column. With the implementation of this adjustment the routine will obtain the “Productivity Class” through the “Productivity Class Configuration Table”.

Adopted Solution
Adjust the “Creating Packing List Interface” processing routine to correctly derive the “Productivity Class” from any “Material” (provided it is configured correctly).

[IS-12726] – Registration Sheet Interface (Gerdau)

Reported Scenario
Registration sheet is not being correctly added to payment process items.

Adopted Solution
Registration sheet interface have been adjusted.

[IS-12270] – Edition Date Ending

Reported Scenario
Date change functionality not enabled. The option to configure by the screen was not available.

Adopted Solution
Functionality available for configuration through the Sales Order Type screen [9253].

[IS-11757] – Harvest: Scheduled Harvest cancellation adjustment

Reported Scenario
MIS is not correctly verifying transportation registers association with scheduled harvest in cancellation functionality (Harvest / Operational Planning / Operational Plan / Edit Harvest Sequence / Edit SC (Change date or cancel)).

Adopted Solution
The system has been changed and now will correctly do this validation.

[IS-11419] – Scheduled operation reprogramation adjustment

Reported Scenario
When reprogramming a scheduled operation with 50% of production the system does not consider the percentage if there is no fractional distribution for the reprogramming date.

Adopted Solution
If there is no distribution for the reprogramming date the system will consider scheduled harvest total volume with reprogramming percentage.

Incident

[IS-12780] – Patio Machine Events

Reported Scenario
In the screen of registering the events of the machines of the patio it is not possible to set the “stop” field on the screen.

Adopted Solution
Adjust the query that searches the association of stops by family equipment.

[IS-12748] – Correction of Projects Duplicity

Reported Scenario
When trying to filter by a specific project, the field presents some duplicity projects. The query that populates the dropdown did not filter the status of the project.

Adopted Solution
A correction on Screen was made to show only active projects.

[IS-12688] – New View Creating

Reported Scenario
Need to display two decimal places in the Harvest and Transport cubes. In the query cube, the values were rounded off, disregarding the decimals.

Adopted Solution
View changed to display two decimal places.

[IS-12090] – View adjustment in bulletins exhibition without cost center

Reported Scenario
Search necessity of all bulletins pointed out, including bulletins without cost center that were not considered in the previous view.In the consultation of closing bulletins, bulletins that were not associated a costs centers have not being considered, and changes in the existing view generated conflicting results for dependent views.

Adopted Solution
Correction of the view to bring information from bulletins without cost center and those without field.
