Initially focused on the forest area, INFLOR has now gone beyond it through a joint venture with FIRSTEAM, creating SIAGRO, a product for agribusiness management purposes emphasizing sugarcane, grains and citrus crops.

SIAGRO's main objective is to help managers plan and monitor the entire chain of production — which includes budget follow-up, based on fully merging the entire agribusiness processes.

Through a friendly interface, it permits a detailed explanation of all possible production losses in terms of volumes and costs and, therefore, makes it possible to intervene instantaneously in the process.

The system also permits simulations of different production and business scenarios, control of goals and targets reached, with a visible impact on the bottom line of the companies. In this case, SIAGRO is being built within the SAP platform with COIL (Co-Innovation Lab) orientation, making it possible to achieve certification in the system by the SAP ICC (Integration and Certification Center).

"We are extending within SAP an integrated system for Agrobusiness. The objective is to make SIAGRO, over the short-term, a business solution that is endorsed by SAP," said D'el-Rey.
